Presentation Formats
The most popular formats outlined below. Please note that any one of them can be adjusted as necessary to meet your specific requirements.
Keynotes
Although keynote sessions are short, their success lies in producing an impact which is highly disproportionate to their size. Sometimes, the best things do come in small packages.
To create a major impact requires the selection of an important topic and the ability to bring it to life in a new way – a way that results in it staying with the participants as they move through the programme and beyond. Crafting this kind of presentation is not easy. It requires the use of metaphorical examples, humorous anecdotes and personalization to the audience, all interwoven with proven research results.
My sessions will leave your audience inspired and energized. More importantly, they are likely to experience a change of attitude in relation to their future learning, response to problems and their team-mates.
Workshops
Usually lasting 3-4 hours, these sessions take a relatively narrow topic and allow it to be addressed in some depth.
Participants will get the opportunity to identify and address personal or team issues through a combination of exercises and group activities. Workshops are ideally suited for groups who generally work closely together, and can help them to develop effective working practices in many ways.
Rarely would workshops be run in isolation, unless a team was having an issue with a specific problem. They are generally much more effective as part of a larger programme.
Full-Day Programmes
Taking workshop content to the next level, full day programmes allow a deeper exploration of the principles for success in leadership. These sessions are ideal where participants need rapid immersion in a subject in order to increase awareness and change behaviours.
3-Day Leadership Summit
My ultimate programme for developing leaders, this is a highly intensive 3-day workshop run on a residential basis in small groups. With a high emphasis on skill development through interactive exercises it seeks to maximise awareness and personal growth for the participants.
To ensure successful implementation of new skills once the course is over, it also includes follow-up personal coaching.
